Working out again
So at yesterday's PT appointment, I had a different therapist--Jerome instead of Lisa.
At first I wasn't sure what to think since he asked me what we usually did and I figured that should be in my chart.
Well, he was amazing!
My half-hour turned into 45 minutes of "pleasureable torture", if that makes sense.
He worked me really hard, so much so that I was sweating! And all I was doing was slowly raising & lowering 2 pound dumbells!
It was all in the position, tho, to help restore my shoulder & neck muscles. It's amazing how quickly you lose what took so long to build, but he said that it will also return rather quickly.
So after that workout on top of TJCPM1, I figured I'd need a good stretch today, so I just stuck with my favorite by Tony.
Feels soooo good.
HEY! That make this my first 6-day workout week since March!!!
