I just WOWY'd for the first time since...hmm...February? And it felt GREAT! I'm glad that I continued to keep stretching my legs becuase I could certainly feel the muscle weakness in my arms.
Of course, I could only find one shoe! And just now realized that I'd completely forgotten about my HRM!
But it felt great! Even tho the upward & downward dogs were weak, overall it felt great.
Now as long as I don't forget my PT appointment this afternoon, we'll see how it affected me.
