I HATE THIS $hit! I detest not being able to plan things. I despise not being able to sit and watch my kids at their respective sports performances.
I fell Saturday night while doing Warrior 2. :( Never happened before since I use the bed for support. I thought I hurt my arm by trying to grab the bed but instead I twisted my knee. :( It seems OK now and even if it isn't, it's not like it hasn't hurt worse than this.
But yesterday was so dam hot that I couldn't stay in the stands for both kids' games. :( No, it wasn't the heat, it was the sun. :( I can't be in the sun & there wasn't any shade. Sun ===> flare-ups. And the only place that was cool enough for me was an air conditioned weight room which was full of latex!!! >:-( So I ended up spending the second half in the van so I could lay down.
