More on flare-ups

Now I have the itchy rash again! This is when hubby & the kids grab my hands to stop me from scratching myself raw. :(

I just finished my mandatory daily workout and I'm freakin' tired!

That song first aired when I was in high school and WE ALL MADE FUN OF IT for having too dam much cowbell!!!

Apparently, we weren't the only ones who thought so...
